  • Your Orbit subscription only: platform access for your team, routing, broadcasting, flows, hosting and support. Meta's per-message fees are separate and paid by you to Meta directly.

  • No. You can start with $0 setup and configure Orbit yourself with our guided onboarding. If you prefer Navybits to handle everything — discovery, flows, templates, Meta verification and training — the managed setup is a one-time $2,000.

  • No. You pay Orbit's subscription (from $100 / month) and Meta's usage fees based on what you send. Setup is $0 if you do it yourself, or a one-time $2,000 if Navybits handles it. Odoo integration is free for Navybits customers; AI agent setup is quoted separately. Nothing else.

  • Yes — but WhatsApp requires the number to have no active WhatsApp account before joining the official API. You must delete the existing WhatsApp account from the app first. Deleting is irreversible and chats are lost, so export or back up anything you need first.

  • Meta reviews your business documents, website and domain email to confirm your business is real before granting official API access. It protects customers and gives your business official status. We guide you through every step.
